Ted Hulbert has been based at the Waitoa Site for 29 years, following 17 years at Tasman Tanning in Whanganui. He possesses a deep understanding of beamhouse operations and has significant experience in the international trade of hides and skins.

With 25 years in the hide and skin tanning industry — including 20 years at the Waitoa Plant — Steven brings a wealth of hands-on experience. From technical processes to day-to-day operations, he’s worked across it all, combining practical know-how with a solid focus on quality and efficiency.

Matt Edhouse joined Waitoa Tannery with the ownership change in June 2020. Matt is a qualified chartered accountant, with a focus on advancing the business through technological improvements and innovations.
